Return and Refund Policy:

- Return and refund are the guaranteed rights of all our customers and cover all the products we offer in our store.

- All products displayed in our store are eligible for the return and refund policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- The return or exchange can be made if the product is in the same original condition as when purchased and still in its original packaging.

- Returns can be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us through our "Contact Us" page or via our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a photo of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number for it to be exchanged if the product is defective, has a specific defect, or does not meet the agreed-upon criteria.

- A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website.

- We are not responsible for any product usage expectations by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page on our website.

- A 30% deduction or a minimum of 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it does not have any defects or issues mentioned.
