When will I receive my order?

The delivery time depends on the shipping company you choose for delivery, and they are responsible for the shipment. We have a range of shipping partners in major cities, and typically, it takes from 1 to 3 days from the order confirmation.

Is international shipping available?

Currently, the shipping companies we work with provide delivery within the country and to specific cities listed on the delivery page, where all the cities that our shipping partners serve are listed.

You can contact our store's team via WhatsApp to inquire about shipping options outside the country, including information about the product's weight and pricing from international shipping agents not currently registered on the store.

What if there is a manufacturer's defect in the product?

Please refer to the return policy to understand the terms for returns and exchanges. In the case of a manufacturer's defect that qualifies for a return, the shipping cost to the company and the cost of returning the product to the customer will be calculated. The product's cost is not charged to the customer, following the return policy.

I want to order large quantities. Is there a discount?
